Ticket Error in App
Manage Tickets in the app is showing an API 500 error and I can’t access my tickets. I have a buddy in the same situation.
Won’t store payment methods
The app no longer stores payment methods or uses Apple Pay for in Club food purchases. Takes all the ease of using club level benefits out if you have to enter card data all the time.

Notifications but nothing to notify
It CONSTANTLY shows that I have 4 notifications on the app & when I go on the app, there is nothing new. I even logged out, logged back in & I deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.
I cannot figure out what “4” things the app is trying to notify me of, but I am beginning to think it’s a bug.

Not good for anything other than hype
Post Denver game had the headline stating Bengals lost by a field goal in overtime. Can’t really use this app to follow a game as the updates can be very delayed.

the newest problem is “api error /events: 401”
i can’t load my tickets. which is literally the most important thing this app is used for, mobile ticketing.
hopefully the bengals front office has nothing to do with the maintenance of this app. if so, the problem will never get fixed.

Sending tickets
YOU WANNA SEND TICKETS TO YOUR FRIENDS THROUGH THE APP???? Well don’t use the app, go to the website and send them.
Major issues accessing tickets
Takes forever to load tickets to enter the stadium. Sometimes it says my tickets are for sale months after I ended the listing. For some reason it says the ticket page hasn’t been updated for several months. Almost as frustrating as watching this underachieving team on the field.
Useless App to manage tickets NOW
Don’t need this anymore to get your season tickets in 2024. Must use Ticket Master and that depends … if Ticket Master App is working. Also Disconnected my login from my Four Season Tickets now. 2024 This App Terrible now, in 2024
