Top reviews

I continued to use this app even when not on site!

One of the most helpful and intuitive sports apps I’ve used. Great for navigating on site for matches and events. The score and schedule features are smooth and show details that other apps require clicks to view.

Poor

App is poor - hard to find what you need and the often the data is wrong. For example, Tiafoe is playing in the Final and they show Nakashima as playing instead. A great example of not paying attention to the details - poor job

Why is this app so terrible?

I tried to use this to follow what is going on in the stadium while attending the tournament. The upcoming schedule for the next day is never complete and doesn’t update. Why can I not click on an upcoming match to get details on the players until the match starts? I give up and get my information elsewhere which is more accurate.

Won’t do what it’s supposed to

Will not give me notifications for players’ matches no matter what I do. Everything is turned on and absolutely nothing works except notifications for on site stuff… when I don’t even live in Ohio and am not there. FIX THIS preferably before the tournament is over!!!!

Weather notes

With the severe weather in Cincinnati this week some weather updates would have been helpful. Delays in gate times and anticipated opening times would have been helpful.

No real time info

During the rain delay, the app had no information about tournament plans or when play might resume. Fans were instructed to seek shelter; the shelter contained no windows so we were unaware of weather conditions. An app created to assist with onsite experience should be able to provide reasonable updates.

Disappointed

Am I the only one who can't select players to add to my favorites?? Disappointing.

Great addition

So happy there is an app finally!! Great work!

Horrible

I got this app to follow the tennis but it is horrible, I use it on an iPhone and everything is squished on the screen. Had a hard time seeing scores and schedule. The main screen was squished and to follow scores and times, they were listed off the screen to the right and not viewable.

Too many updates

I’ve never had an app that requires updates daily. Too much!!

2025 Experience

Just got back from the Cinci Open. We loved a bunch of the updates on the grounds, stadiums, practice courts, food & bev, experience, etc. BUT, this app is awful. I’ve been involved in data-driven F500 marketing tech, including apps and mobile for 10+ years, and this is the worst app experience I’ve seen in many years. It’s as if they started creating it 2 weeks ago and just launched it with no plan or feedback. The constant updates also point to this. So funny that 4 of us can be together on the grounds and we show different data and scores in the app on our individual iPhones, even when refreshing. A big issue…In this day and age, how can you not have a layout and live interactive map experience showing where you are and where you want to go to see a match/court? This was more of an issue than it should have been because the navigational signage is almost non-existent on the grounds. This was probably the most frustrating part of the experience. Finally, the internet seemed a bit better on the grounds but you should have a seamless wifi/internet experience for an event like this. It’s still funky.

Did the developers even try this?

Why ask for a username when you are forced to log in with your email?

Worst app ever

Our group of 6 has been trying to transfer our tickets from the buyer to our accounts. We’ve been at it for an hour and 2 of us are IT people. Total fail

Update app daily

Get ready for this app to take a daily dump and your phone is the toilet

Terrible

Have to update every day and when you do it logs you out your email doesn't work as login next time. Can't access the tickets we bought.

Better app needed

Wish the app experience aligned with the facilities upgrade. App constantly wants to update, no map of facilities directly on app, match/court info not always accurate.

User friendly

The format is terrible on an iPhone. Some players names don’t show up fully. If the name is too long, forget about seeing the correct score show up correctly. Please make some changes.

It’s insane

It shows every match at once

Practically Worthless

I downloaded the app one hour before entering the venue. When I went to use it an hour later it was requiring an update. I couldn't get an internet connection in the venue to update so I was unable to use the app on day one. I updated that evening and the app was functional on day two. However, the scores are not properly formatted so you can't read the score especially after the 2nd set. The scores are also hard to follow as they don't "line up." I just used my Tennis One App for scores. I guess the app would be useful for general info thus the 1 star.

Cannot login in again

It seems like every time they do a mandatory update on this app, I am unable to log into my account. When I click on to reset my password, it says no account exists.

This is the way to manage our tickets, including downloading them to use or transfer, and it is completely dysfunctional. Very very frustrating.
