Does not save credit cards
The app continues to have network issues when saving a credit card. I reached out to support for help and followed all steps they provided with no luck. App is useless without a payment method.
Stopped working
Out of nowhere, it no longer lets me get past the page where I confirm the zone and how long I want to park. I hit confirm and it just bounces to the same page and not the payment page. I have to pay on the web browser now, which is a longer process to find the right page. Update the app if you want people to pay for parking!!!

Great idea to rip out all the meters then charge every transaction a 30 cent convenience fee. It’s more convenient to put the change from my car into a meter than use this buggy app. Next time why don’t you throw your dirty socks in my face too.

App fails to open
iPhone 15 iOS 26.2 after installing the app, the logo appears for five seconds then disappears/app closes. Feel free to contact me to triage cos I need it working. Thanks

Can no longer get past the splash screen. Delete the app reinstalled it same thing can’t get past the splash screen. It’s been this way for a week. Junk. Good luck parking in downtown.
Crashes on start
Worked for a few months now crashes after splash screen. Removed and reinstalled, still crashes. Been several weeks since I’ve been able to use.

Completely broken now
Won’t load. Not just my device but many others I have checked with. Just hangs at the logo and then crashes to springboard. Fail. After checking the last update, FIVE YEARS AGO, this is a terrible joke. Surprised it worked this long. Pathetic.

Does not open
The app just hangs due to an iOS update. All my other parking apps updated and work just fine. No other apps I use were rendered useless by a minor operating system update.
