What city is this app for?
There is no clear description indicating which city this app is for. I downladed it thinking it was for Houston, TX

I used this past Saturday to go to Kroger. My driver was courteous and I had no issues. I look forward to using it again.
App is only for shuttle vans
Tried the app and the only service area is Mount Healthy. It's not for catching the bus, it's literally for getting picked up from your address in a Metro vehicle. Waste of taxpayer money when there isn't an actual Metro app.
Do not use this for getting to places on time
Driver just literally ignored my address and was just driving around now im late for work wth they should have a option for the driver to cancel if they can’t accommodate the trip im so annoyed
