Generating fails & theft

This app is terrible I’m losing my money due to their generating fails they are not going by the photos add for the character {example} I am melanin in skin town light bronze completion mf keep turning turning my character a white person that’s not okay with me at all unless I request a specific character for skin tone im using my character of my skin color and they are fkg with my work. I have to pay or use credit to correct their errors this is terrible and wrong they should accommodate fixing it free since they ruined parts in each scene it isn’t my mistake when I’m a paid subscriber. Also have you noticed character voices are only white and high pitched nothing deep or low pitched for a black race this is a bias and wicked app created only for the white race. I’m paying and being ripped off big time. Their system for AI generating really need to do better! You’re ripping people off. I cannot even prompt the voice I feel comfortable with without them altering using their own this is a rip off it’s unacceptable I don’t agree with how this app is running.

A character's skin tone should match what you specify — that it didn't is a real problem, and we've passed your review, including the point about voice range, to our team. One thing that should help right away: please try the Cinematic model. It follows your prompt most closely and keeps character appearance consistent from scene to scene, which is exactly the failure you're describing. On the credits you spent correcting our generation errors, please contact us through Settings > Customer Support so we can look at your account directly. We're not brushing past the wider point you raised about representation in characters and voices — thank you for saying it plainly.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion. The annual plan includes 3,000 credits every month, not every week — so a new batch should arrive monthly rather than weekly. If your monthly credits haven't been arriving, that is a problem and we want to fix it. Please contact us through Settings > Customer Support with the email on your account or your Apple receipt, and we'll check your subscription.

Bom, mas… Tem coisas a melhorar ainda

Primeiro o aplicativo cria IA de qualidade sim, apesar de que a historia que ele inventou para o que eu pedi foi descontextualizada. Não só desfigurou todo o script como adicionou, muitas coisas que não foram solicitadas. Aplicativo se diz 18+ porém não é capaz de gerar nenhuma cena 18+, pra mim perdeu pontos por isso. As vezes menos é mais, inventar falas não solicitadas, cenas não solicitadas e histórias não solicitadas, fez com que deixasse de ser útil. Mas em geração de IA (qualidade) vcs são muito bons. Parabéns.

Waste of money

Have tried multiple scripts sources but no use give the same output as usual and need to improve a lot of things in it.
