Not Intuitive

I am a super movie fan and was excited to become a platinum member. I must say the app/website is one of the least friendly apps I’ve experienced. I’ve had to work with the staff at blvd cinemas (who have been wonderful & patient) on at least 3 occasions to get it to accept my member and credentials.

My reward tickets are not downloading for use. I’ve emailed twice for assistance and have not had a response. What’s the point of paying for a membership if I cannot use my rewards?
