there was barely any sounds coming from the movie and the app/website is total garbage wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy (sacramento area)
Super slow and always loading forever
Everytime i try to do anything in this app it gets stuck on a loading circle for so long i cant even access my tickets!!!

Apparently expiration dates for West Wind mean the day before is the last day. I’ve only been trying to come all week but my car broke down and has been in the shop most of the week. I finally have my car back and think I just made it to using my bday popcorn, but of course, it expired today and I’m supposed to know that meant yesterday was the last day to use it. I cancelled my subscription. I’d rather go back to my Harkins subscription (which I also won’t do, eat that world).

Love the west wind but
I love the West Wind and this app is pretty good actually. However I cannot get ahold of anyone with my problem. I am moving to Arkansas from California, there are no drive ins near me so I figured I’d cancel my membership because it says you can still use your tickets for a year. But now it WON’T let me use my tickets without reupping my subscription.. No one in customer support will get back to me, I’ve called and emailed and they are silent. Please let me use my tickets I paid for already. This seems unfair and it is false advertisement.

Love the Drive In but HATE THE APP
Ordered Chili Cheese fries through the app. I waited a couple minutes and walked over to go pick up my order and there wasn’t anything on the racks. I went to go check where they make it and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I’m not complaining but there’s no point of ordering through the app because all the employees are busy attending the in store customers. Really disappointed about it as I thought i could skip the line
