App doesn’t work
Purchased tickets for a movie, doesn’t show up in the app even when refreshing. I have to load the website and login there to see my tickets - according to other reviews, the app has seemed to be busted in this way for years with no fix. What is even the point of the app if it doesn’t actually save your tickets, or let you redeem rewards?

The app does what it needs to do to buy tickets and reserve seats. Please add support for Apple Pay.

Horrible app. It’s 2025 and it doesn’t remember login or credit card info and no Apple Pay.

App is garbage. Nearly impossible to use. Atrocious. Terrible for customers.

Around 2022 you can buy tickets but when you get to the theater, they do not appear as past tickets and expired. Save receipts or ask at box office for a them to be printed out. It does display credits for refreshments. If you buy tickets from web site, those tickets don’t appear on app. Basically it’s worthless to buy tickets on the app.
