App doesn’t work
Purchased tickets for a movie, doesn’t show up in the app even when refreshing. I have to load the website and login there to see my tickets - according to other reviews, the app has seemed to be busted in this way for years with no fix. What is even the point of the app if it doesn’t actually save your tickets, or let you redeem rewards?

Horrible app. It’s 2025 and it doesn’t remember login or credit card info and no Apple Pay.

Around 2022 you can buy tickets but when you get to the theater, they do not appear as past tickets and expired. Save receipts or ask at box office for a them to be printed out. It does display credits for refreshments. If you buy tickets from web site, those tickets don’t appear on app. Basically it’s worthless to buy tickets on the app.

Doesn’t work, doesn’t load
This app just does not work. Nothing loads. The page is blank. Can’t browse movies. Can’t buy tickets.
Buy in person
The app is glitchy and has been for a while. The purchase button doesn’t always display what’s in process. Also clicking the rewards button keeps routing into my calendar.
Best of all when you buy in person the theater doesn’t charge a $5 convenience fee smh

I can never see how much rewards I have, or my my ticket purchases because they never populate.
No QR codes for tickets in App
When trying to view purchased tickets, all are being shown as past purchases and are thus not giving the QR codes to scan at the theater. Only workaround I have is saving the QR codes from the confirmation emails.
Difficult App
App never seems to work right. Why they can’t seem to fix this is beyond me. Can NEVER use my points to get tickets. Can NEVER see the tickets I buy or my purchases so the tickets are just lost. I have to SS my tickets in order to use them at the theatre!

Hello, For some reason I never see my upcoming purchases. It’s always a hassle at the theater to bring up the ticket at the theater.

Dumb app
This App always crashes - it’s easier to log in on website than use this thing that always seems to have something wrong with it. I keep having to delete then reinstall it so it would work. Useless.
Why no Apple wallet feature?
I thought it had a Apple wallet feature. Guess not kind of a let down. Other theater apps had a feature to an to Apple wallet or watch that pops up when walking in to the theaters makes it an experience in its self. Please add this.
