Wasting my time using app and expecting just use my free play!
The last 3 attempts to use my app to connect to machine. To try to use the not so generous free play! Asking slot attendants and rewards center to help with only them saying “they tried” “Come back because they are resetting the system”

This app was supposed to be a convenient way to play a slot machine uninterrupted. Well I have been trying to do that for more than a year now with no success. I ALWAYS end up at the cage needing help to get it to work! Either the app will mot allow me to add money to my cash account or the app will not connect to the machine to fund the game! Talk about frustrating! Now that they updated the app, I have all of a sudden lost my Chairman status AND all of my free play offers that were listed on the app yesterday! Now it tells me that I am a Gold player, that I need to ENROLL at the cage for a cash account, that got me in trouble the last time because the staff gave me a new card so I played on TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS!
I do not trust this app at all, it's more trouble than it's worth. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO APP SUPPORT that you can call for help, you have to get up from the machine you are playing and HOPEFULLY get help at the cage. Not everyone at the cage knows much about the app, unfortunately.

When it works it’s great….
When it works it’s awesome $0 ATM Fees & I can load my machine with my Apple Pay. When it doesn’t work it’s literally the most frustrating thing in the world. One night the money I loaded just stayed in limbo with no help from the workers.

Our Cocktail Servers, including Teresa, are all wonderfully on top of their game and on target.
The cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly.
We even notice the servers in the various restaurants are exceptional.
