Needs an update
When I open the app after the intro it goes to a black screen. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled still nothing.
App doesn’t open
App only shows black screen.
Sleek but broken
Design of app looks great but there are unnecessary blank black pages (such as account) where you have to open the side menu to access stuff and also missing text on things like the game link “open camera” button.
Lost all my offers
Lost my players card had to get a replacement and subsequently, I lost all my offers and everything! I’ve sent several communication contacts, requesting assistance and have not received any feedback from Pts at all. So very disappointing, especially since all the thousands of dollars I have put into the video poker machines!
