Palms App Needs an Upgrade
The app is not user friendly, buggy, you can see your reservations and I can never book on the app due to pages never loading. I always have to call and calling is almost impossible when the phone lines never work.

Logs out frequently
I donโt wanna have my password ready just to check rooms.
Logging in issues
I always get errors logging in the app itโs quite annoying
Club Serrano
I always had issues logging into Palms or Yamava app. When I create an account and I put my member ID it never recognizes it. There is no phone number to Club Serrano or customer service so this makes it super hard to create an account. The Casinos are great but the applications are garbage
