Stay Far Away

This app took my money, tried to deposit in a machine, then the machine disabled and my money vanished… then after waiting a good hour for staff to fix was told I would have to wait up to a week to get my money back… a week! Well good thing it wasn't a week, it turns out, after visiting three times to the cage to resolve, and multiple “support” calls one of which literally hung up on me, I had to actually wait two and a half weeks!!! To get MY money out of this app… no one seemed to care except one cage manager. The others treated me like I was the outrageous one upset…. How would you feel if they took your money and held it for weeks? I was very calm and collected… was outrageous and I hope no one has to deal with that crap! Stay far away from this app, trust me!
