Useless App No Tech Support Staff
There is a feature in the app to connect to a machine. It does work. There is a contact to email Graton but it gets error.
Doesn’t work
I explored the app after loading it and entering my info. It opened a page that has no way to be closed. Now when I open the app, it’s on that dead page! I’m deleting the app.
Terrible can’t login
I try log on with player card number and my pin l. It work la on website but won’t work on App. No help at all
Terrible App
One of the hardest app to use. I decided to delete this app after I enter this review. It’s not user friendly. No instructions how to connect to the slot machine. Everything was a guess to the next step. Never again. Thanks for trying Graton, not really.
Terrible App
This app use to be good but then if you are NOT using the app at the machine but then cash out, the money directly goes AFT it’s so frustrating especially when you are using your awards card. I began to hate this app, disappointing.
