Substandard

This app is pathetic and way below expectations for a hotel as luxurious as Fontainebleau. Cant load reservations, can’t check out, can’t access mobile key. Cant order anything. Every link launches a browser within the app. My kids 8th grade technology class can make you a better functioning and user friendly app. Reach out to a middle school student if you need help.

Horrible app, Gorgeous resort

Like other reviewers I also am amazed at how horrible the digital experience for such a high end and gorgeous resort. I was able to book my room however, it was very wonky. Now I am able to login to my account on a browser but downloaded the app and can’t login. Absolutely no resource to help and I know my username and password are correct because it works on a browser. I’m not bothering with the app at this point because it’s so frustrating. Hopefully they read these reviews and do something about it.
