Sign in doesnt work, not convinced anything works
Horrible app, Gorgeous resort
Like other reviewers I also am amazed at how horrible the digital experience for such a high end and gorgeous resort. I was able to book my room however, it was very wonky. Now I am able to login to my account on a browser but downloaded the app and can’t login. Absolutely no resource to help and I know my username and password are correct because it works on a browser. I’m not bothering with the app at this point because it’s so frustrating. Hopefully they read these reviews and do something about it.

How can an app be this bad, you can’t even look up your current reservations
Horrendous app
Unable to reset passwords (and trust me, I know how). Invalid user name every time despite having a valid and activated account
Mediocre app
Tried to check in using the app- uploaded pictures of my passport 3 times and the app collapsed. What a joke- terrible experience, lets see how’s the actual hotel
