Horrible app, Gorgeous resort
Like other reviewers I also am amazed at how horrible the digital experience for such a high end and gorgeous resort. I was able to book my room however, it was very wonky. Now I am able to login to my account on a browser but downloaded the app and can’t login. Absolutely no resource to help and I know my username and password are correct because it works on a browser. I’m not bothering with the app at this point because it’s so frustrating. Hopefully they read these reviews and do something about it.

How can an app be this bad, you can’t even look up your current reservations
Horrendous app
Unable to reset passwords (and trust me, I know how). Invalid user name every time despite having a valid and activated account
Mediocre app
Tried to check in using the app- uploaded pictures of my passport 3 times and the app collapsed. What a joke- terrible experience, lets see how’s the actual hotel
Great App and Resort
I love the FontaineBlue!!They are the best resort in Las Vegas. Rooms are elegant, restaurants are flavorful, gaming is fun. Clean self parking. Even the elevators are impressive. Hats off to this app too. Well Done.

Unable to link reservation and rewards
My first trip to Las Vegas decided for Fountainblue .. this application does not work .. can log in but does not see my reservation . Regards card does not populate says error . Applications are first impression this days and this fail’s miserably.. hotel hotel experience is better when I get there

App is a disaster
For such a lovely hotel, this app is a train wreck. It’s like a terrible website inside of shiny packaging of an app. Slow, clunky, and constantly asking me to log in (after entering credentials multiple times). Once I finally was able to book (which was just a website redirect from the app), i don’t get a confirmation number with the booking.
Overall, this feels like a cheap throw away effort on what should have been a polished user experience.

Not the experience I was expecting.
Super buggy… can’t even make a room reservation easily.
Amazing hotel, bad app
Downloaded the app to try and not wait in the long line to check in, there’re pretty photos in it and seems fairly comprehensive as a directory of the restaurants and such, but is not working for the sole purpose I need to to: to find my reservation and check myself in. “find reservation” brings up an error message to “go to the front desk” which is literally what I am trying to avoid.

For a resort that is rivaling Resorts World, their app definitely doesn’t separate the two properties. Both are useless.
Needs serious work
My reservation wouldn’t show up after “searching” for a minute. Returned with an error every time. Why send me an email saying to use the app for everything if the app cannot do anything?
App “can’t load/process/do” anything
Can’t load my room reservation. Cant load membership rewards. Cant view maps. Nothing the app claims to do is something the app can actually successfully do

Is this a joke? Wrong postal code, and no way to change the postal code.

Horrendous trying to book
Spent an hour trying to book a reservation with this property. Website is a joke - called and they suggested the app. It’s basically the same horrendous website inside an app. Slow to respond. Bad design and layout. Doesn’t save the booking in a cart so when it fails you start all over again. I have entered all my info 8 separate times and it just does nothing. Your investors should know how much money your are losing. A hotel that can’t book reservations. So disappointing. Was really looking forward to checking out this new hotel. I would never stay at a hotel that can’t figure out simple technology.

BEAUTIFUL APP
Love the video in the background. Never seen an app that has a video playing in the background. It’s super sleek, and the colors are beautiful. Love all the little bow ties hidden in the app. Love that I can also check in and use keys right from the app.

You can’t add an existing reservation to your account.
Garbage app…take it down and redo
I don’t get it…you spend hundreds of millions on a brand new beautiful casino and $1.75 on an app. Here’s just a few of the easy to spot problems…
Registration is clunky, doesn’t use existing saved app data
If you use their tool to get your DOB it breaks registration but does create the account
Navigation is Wordpress c 2020
The maps aren’t Interractive the various areas aren’t clickable and don’t lead you to info about that area let alone let you book
The hotel is vast…but there’s no navigation “you are here” or guidance to facility.
The place has 21 restaurants…you can’t see menu or book any
Back when I was in tech I’d have fired the devs that came up with this. This is an embarrassment. Better to have nothing than this garbage.
PS the hotel is spectacular

Best slow and super bad design app!
The app is super slow doesn’t respond on taps and you have to wait almost 5 second after each tap!!
