Wasting my time using app and expecting just use my free play!
The last 3 attempts to use my app to connect to machine. To try to use the not so generous free play! Asking slot attendants and rewards center to help with only them saying “they tried” “Come back because they are resetting the system”

This app was supposed to be a convenient way to play a slot machine uninterrupted. Well I have been trying to do that for more than a year now with no success. I ALWAYS end up at the cage needing help to get it to work! Either the app will mot allow me to add money to my cash account or the app will not connect to the machine to fund the game! Talk about frustrating! Now that they updated the app, I have all of a sudden lost my Chairman status AND all of my free play offers that were listed on the app yesterday! Now it tells me that I am a Gold player, that I need to ENROLL at the cage for a cash account, that got me in trouble the last time because the staff gave me a new card so I played on TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS!
I do not trust this app at all, it's more trouble than it's worth. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO APP SUPPORT that you can call for help, you have to get up from the machine you are playing and HOPEFULLY get help at the cage. Not everyone at the cage knows much about the app, unfortunately.

When it works it’s great….
When it works it’s awesome $0 ATM Fees & I can load my machine with my Apple Pay. When it doesn’t work it’s literally the most frustrating thing in the world. One night the money I loaded just stayed in limbo with no help from the workers.

Good app! Poor connection.
The app is easy to use but the connection to redeem offers are bad. Sometimes I doesn’t connect to my phone or requires several times turning on/off locator to finally be found. They need to work on that.

Flor at Durango was extremely helpful in getting me setup on the STN app. I hope you’re luck enough to meet her. Her energy is infectious. She went above and beyond to assist and help me utilize all my benefits on the app. What an amazing employee you guys have!
Issues with connectivity
I can’t even see my offers, have free play via mobile app and offers aren’t loading up to redeem, went to customer service, unable to help.
Can’t connect
When I try to use the app to connect to use my 10 times points or free slot play, it doesn’t connect. The rewards center tells me to walk around and it will connect. I gave up using it for any free slot play or 10 times points. If I can’t use a kiosk or activate at the machine then I don’t bother with it. I don’t spend a lot but, do go to have a little enjoyment.

They call Station Casino’s “The Locals Favorite “ . As a local here in Las Vegas and one who use to love Station Casino’s, it seems to me that the winning isn’t what it once was, now it seems there’s more losing than winning.

What happened to free play , ?
In the past I would receive $5 free play from this establishment. Seems it’s been a year possibly if not longer that I have not received anything , no promotional comps or hotel rates no resort fee fee it’s too bad as many locals love or being invited and and so many other hotels do comp dollars for food as well as free play heck Eureka casino givesc$25 for th young st heart promo I like your establishments but I also enjoy incentives
