Newer is t better
The white band at the top telling you cancellation rules is annoying and not needed. The program itself is slow. You can’t look at all one category of classes at once you constantly have to fit from day today. It used to also tell you what you had scheduled now you have to go into each day to see. This app is a necessary evil. I would not use it otherwise.

This app is so slow and never connects when I am at Villa Sport using their WiFi.

I don’t see any issues with the app, though I wish the club hours and schedule, including for kids club and the grill/cafe were accessible in the app.

Absolutely terrible app. Terrible UI. Hard to find the info you’re looking for or make any changes to your membership even though they say, use the app! I’m so tired of being forced to use these terribly designed apps when paying a fortune for the product. But what do I expect though from Villa, the water dispenser has been broken for at least 8 months.

Finding a specific class fast
Please add a feature that I can look for a particular kind of class, such as restorative yoga, by simply typing it in. As it is now, I have to go day by day searching from 5:30 am to 6:30pm looking for restorative yoga class times. Not cool.
