We see that you have not read the description of the application. The very first line of the App's description says - "Convert a video to a Cinemagraph. In the Cinemagraph, only a small area of the video moves repeatedly but the remaining area remains fixed without any movement.This combination creates a stunning animation which looks great. The Cinemagraph could be created either in GIF or in a Video format." Also, creating a Cinemagraph has certain prerequisites. We request you to go to the application and read the prerequisites again in the help section of the application. For example : The Video should be stable & must not shake - The first requirement is to have a video that is stable. You will need a video that is recorded on a still surface. Such stable videos could be created on a Tripod. Panning movements or handheld shots will not work. When browsing through your existing video, always look for stable shots. There are many more instructions available in the help section that will help you create a Cinemagraph. In case of any more questions, please write to us on support@runisoft.com.
