I really like using cineplex app it not just saves time but also allows me to choose best movie to make my weekend great.

Will be nice if Access 2 card can be used when buying tickets online
Account Settings is gone in the new version??
The latest app layout only lets you access Home, Movies, Theatres, and Eats, but no way of accessing my account info or orders??? What bum-backward design is this!? Consumption-only? Please fix it!
Constant glitches
I’ve tried to book tickets through the app multiple times and had errors every time. I have to book through the website instead. And now the app shows multiple theatres and times for the Paw Patrol Dino Movie but you can’t actually book any of them. I went to the website and none of those times in the app are correct. What the heck?

Refunding tickets
In the FAQ it says you can refund tickets on the app but I didn’t see that option. The chat customer service was great

Suggestion for gift cards on the app
I have a suggestion for the app. Is there a feature to have gift cards added so they are all together? Right now I don’t think that is possible. Also it is a bit annoying that you can’t combine more than one gift card during a transaction.

Broken apple pay
Apple Pay never seems to work for this app, and it’s been like this for a year
Problem Riddled
I have never experienced an app with more login issues with than this one. Apple sig-in rarely works, passwords seems to expire frequently, and automated emails (such as password update/reset) rarely send. I have purchased tickets in the past that never reach my inbox. Customer service via email is also poor.

Whenever I try to pay the app just crashes or says payment method not valid
