Very difficult to use! You need to log in multiple times during the same session. The scene and scene+ is very confusing. I will just buy my ticket in person.

This app is beautiful
Scene club is a super worth it membership. It’s not really expensive at all and I saved like $100 at this point.
Best subscription
Saves you a lot of money if you love going to the theatre. The free tickets pay for themselves.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
Unacceptable for such a big company to have such a terrible and unusable app. The mobile site is almost just as bad. Cannot find movies, local theaters, impossible to actually buy tickets using this app. I used this app years ago and deleted it because it was so terrible, I thought it might be better after all this time but it is still ridiculously bad.

Payment issues
This app and website continuously can’t figure out how to process a payment through multiple cards/apple pay, and trying it on different accounts, and browsers. This has been a time after time issue and they still do not fix this problem.
Doesn’t work
Clicking on showings pops up an error “something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a few minutes”
User friendly
User friendly app, buying and picking seats is no issue. Loading tickets and picking movies I have no issues.

L’application, contrairement au site web, n’affiche pas tous les résultats de films. Il est par exemple impossible de trouver un film en français sans passer en premier par la sélection d’un cinéma
