New updates messed up
You can’t open the show timings, As soon as you tap on the show time button example “7:00pm” button, it just show red error banner at the top “something went wrong”. Even after new update same issue. Whats the point of having an app if you can’t book tickets from it.
Glitchy and customer support is pointless
The app is glitchy. Shows incorrect pricing. Email receipt shows a different charge than what is authorized on the app. Customer support chat is useless, and they take 5mins to reply in an active conversation but close the chat on customers while they’re typing. Pathetic. No option to reopen chat or continue on email.

Doesn’t work
Every time I try to use the app to buy tickets I get very annoying “whops, something went wrong.. Try again later” message
Easy to use
Easy to use, good app. Wish it was easier to use gift card balances - like if they were listed w credit card as a method of payment.
Always gives an error
9 times out of 10 app gives an error when trying to buy tickets. Wasn’t like this before but now it barely useable. Already reinstalled many times
Payment options
I don’t like that you cannot use multiple gift cards to pay.
Wouldn’t let me book
App sucks, gave both me an girl friend errors on both our phones for payment. Credit card and Apple Pay, called and no answer. Got to the movies and all seats booked. This app sucks

Ticket function is broken
In all ticketing link is broken. I click on the theatre I want > the movie and time > I am brought to a web view within the app to the cineplex homepage. Very annoying and no easy way to report a bug. Please fix this and consider adding an easy way for ppl to submit bug reports when your app breaks.

Janky and no more Apple Pay
Janky app in general, has always been buggy but at least it supported Apple Pay. Now you’re offered PayPal, or entering your card directly which will expose it to cineplex which I do not trust with much info considering the issues they keep having with hacked accounts.
