Horrible app
Crashes constantly, password for sign up is terrible
Crashes on Apple TV 4K A1842 (64 GB) with tvOS 26.1 model
When newly installed, it opened then immediately crashed. Deleted, reinstalled and it still crashed. Works fine on my iPhone but I don’t want to mirror.
Update:
I discovered that the app was still running but it moved to the background. It’s visible when scanning the running apps but when it’s selected it disappears again. Even if it doesn’t crash, the result is similar.

Keeps crashing, pls fix
App was working then keeps crashing ….It opens lightly and crashes
Can’t read the password box in dark mode, so can’t create an account.
I miss the days when programming required a modicum of intelligence.
Worst glitchy app ever
So I saw this ad a few mins ago in YouTube and it looks gud cause who doesn't like watching free movies w some ads who cares YouTube is the same... So I download it and as soon as I open the app it starts glitching, first some of the movies dissapesr in the app and just have converse logo in them and then all of them dissapear and I'm like that's odd... I close the app and restart it and nope nothing is happening then I try to exit and it won't let me it's trying to overload my ram or something and weird because I only have like 3 apps open one being YouTube and it shouldn't be doing that. So I decide to to delete it and it won't let me... I try it again and finally it deletes.... Nope I think this app is malware now and should be reported cause I have never downloaded and deleted an app so fast in my life... Zero stars

Not iPad Ready
I must view all apps in Landscape mode due to attached keyboard. It's a simple fix that would allow many of us to use your app.
Closed Captions won’t turn off
The app has great content but the Closed Captions won’t shut off. I’ve turned them off in the app, they’re off in the Apple TV settings and yet on two Apple TV boxes, they won’t go away. Cineverse support blames Apple TV. So why is no other app on either box showing the same issue?

This is crap!
I’ve tried this app but most of the time it crashes, the rest of the time I can sloooowly search and when I select something to watch it doesn’t play or I get some weird anime…wtf!?
Streaming issues on AppleTV
I downloaded the app last night after seeing it had LGBTQ movie section and even subscribed so I could watch movies without commercials. However, when I click on any movie to watch on AppleTV, every movie of click on would default to the same Anime. I tried reloading the app and restarting AppleTV, but it would do the exact same thing when clicking on any movie. Now the Cineverse app on my iPhone worked perfectly fine. But I’m not going to stream movies on there. So unfortunately I did cancel my subscription and deleted the app. I might come back if it’s finally fixed.

can’t log into Apple TV need help
I’m subscribed to Cineverse and it seems okay except for all the not available in your location titles that aren’t available in my area but by far the biggest head scratcher is that I can’t log into my Apple TV app because it says I have too many accounts active which isn’t the case I have my iPhone and my iPad and I was already signed into my account on my Apple TV so their should have been no issue signing back in and for the record I’m allowed 4 sign in’s so it’s something buggy with the Apple TV app but just in case I signed out of my accounts on the phone and pad and still nothing changed on the Apple TV although I can sign back into the phone and iPad app with no problems which makes this all the more strange and this all started because when I was signed in in the beginning I was still seeing ads even though I’m a subscriber and their FAQ just told me if that was the case to simply sign back in and of course here we are today but I did just try to email Cineverse but it’s extremely difficult to even email the customer support and I still haven’t been able to get a hold of customer support to this day so maybe I’ll get a response from the review and maybe get up and running on my Apple TV because it was supposed to be the main place that I’d be watching from and I’d like to at least be able to get a hold of them but for some reason it seems to be an issue just trying to find a way to reach customer support which should be a lot easier to be honest

Complete sham
I’ve tried numerous different methods of using this app . Every time it’s the same results. Blank Screen . Or voices and a blank screen . With or without a VPN. - incidentally works on every other streaming site . Who knew ! Speed and privacy what a concept. Too bad this site hasn’t had any success. Maybe the owner needs an update or the site itself.

I first signed up for it last month, no issues whatsoever, I have the premium plan, because I have a subscription for,fandor wake me all the movies with no ads, and I also love watching screambox, and I can watch crime, hunters, channel, and Midnight Pulp, and the other channels to, and I can also watch the Bob Ross channel, I would also love to see the Criterion channel, on cineverse, I would love to see more live channels added to cineverse, this is better than Netflix, it even has the movies that I love to watch, I would love to see the grind House movie channel here on cineverse, and I would also love to see the,povhorror found footage, channel 2, and B-movie TV, keep updating the app, and keep adding more movies and more channels, but one problem, I can’t even airplay it to my Samsung, seven series TV in my living room in my living room, and I would love to see cineverse on Roku,

Great app!
Very diverse selection of movies. Lots of unique content you can’t get for free anywhere else. I don’t mind sitting through a few ads. The only complaint I have is if you stop watching a movie and go back into finish it they don’t start where you left off and instead take you back to the beginning of the film.

Great Selection
Cineverse is a better selection of movies than Netflix. The selection is huge and the content is deep. Navigating the app is simple and there’s a tremendous library to choose from. I wish I could give it more stars. For real!
