Circle currently focuses on food-service jobs because, unlike traditional job boards, our AI automates the full process – including applications and post-application follow-ups – so you can track updates and interview invitations in one place. We’re expanding into supermarkets, department stores, other retail roles, hotels and travel, and wellness. We’re also adding the option to upload your existing resume and enhance it with AI.
