Circle currently focuses on food-service jobs because, unlike traditional job boards, our AI automates the full process – including applications and post-application follow-ups – so you can track updates and interview invitations in one place. We’re expanding into supermarkets, department stores, other retail roles, hotels and travel, and wellness. We’re also adding the option to upload your existing resume and enhance it with AI. Easy to apply and Great Resume Bulider

This app makes it so easy to apply to jobs and it makes it fun! On top of that, since I didn’t have an updated resume, it created one for me and it was very professional and it made it easier to get a job. Overall, amazing app!

Useful resume builder and job searching features

As someone who didn’t have a professional resume before using this app, the AI resume builder really worked well. I gave it the minimal experience that I have and it formatted it into a presentable resume. Also I’ve been trying to break into restaurant roles for a while and the AI blast feature that the app provides actually helped me land a couple of interviews and hopefully a job soon! I’ve never seen a feature like this on any other platform I used, and it saves me so much time during my job search. It’s been hard trying to find a job in a restaurant due to the competition, but I might be close now because of the features on the app!

Every time I’m trying to upload my résumé or fill out for my résumé. It froze like I cannot confirm or I cannot save it so this is a whole big scam.

Simplicity

Scammer

What really felt like a scam to me is that they don’t do in-person interviews — everything is done through the computer, through Zoom, and all that. When I told one of the recruiters that I don’t do Zoom interviews, he started insulting me, calling me names, and even looked at my résumé to find out where I currently work. He said he would contact my managers and even made personal comments about my family.

All of this came just because I said I have a lot of experience and prefer serious, face-to-face interviews. In Miami, based on my experience over the past three years, real companies and hotels always do interviews in person — sometimes even two rounds — not over Zoom.

Be very careful with this app. The way they operate feels completely unprofessional and suspicious I downloaded this app to look for a job, and I started noticing that they mostly offer positions from franchise places like Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, and similar places. It’s not very clear what they actually pay, since they say between $15 and $20 an hour, but it doesn’t seem reliable.

All interviews are handled directly between applicants and employers – never through the Circle team – and most are being conducted in person.
