A key part of my safety plan
I’ve used Circle Alert for several years, and rely on it to let my friends know that I am well and safe. It is easy to set up and use, and I highly recommend it for anyone who lives alone.
Exactly what I need
Circle Alert offers the peace of mind I want. If something happens to me I want to be sure that the people closest to me know. If I can alert them myself, I have that option; if I am unable to they will know because I have not checked in.
Reassurance
I’m using this app to reassure myself that if something happens to me, someone will know. I happily live alone but I don’t want my dog to starve if I’m unable to feed it.
Peace of mind while living independently
As someone who lives alone, Circle Alert gives me such a wonderful sense of security and peace of mind. I simply check in at the times I’ve chosen each day, and my son knows that I’m okay. If I forget or, more importantly, if something were to happen and I couldn’t check in, he would be alerted and know to check on me.
I love that it allows me to live independently without feeling like someone has to constantly call or worry about me. There’s something very comforting about knowing that if I ever fell, became ill, or simply wasn’t able to reach out for help, someone I trust would know something might be wrong.
It’s simple to use, but the peace of mind it gives both me and my family is priceless. I absolutely love having Circle Alert.

Great Safety App.
I would recommend this app. for anyone living alone for some peace of mind if the unimaginable happened. Very flexible and suits those who don’t wish to make small talk to a random stranger every day. The hardest part is to make sure you remember to log in!

I downloaded Circle Alert after realizing that if something happened while I was home alone, it could be hours or even days before anyone noticed.

An essential app if you live in your own
As a pensioner who lives in my own, I feel much safer knowing that if anything happened to me, and I missed my check in my family would be notified. The app is easy to use and works efficiently. Highly recommend.
Problems
Just got here became a premium member trying to add followers but the freeze is frozen will not scroll up no way to add followers it did fine on the test run why i decided to subscribe and immediately there is an issue with the app so until it is fixed it is useless iPhone 15
Very useful app although GPS functionality could be improved
Update to an earlier review, as the developer did contact me in the end with answers to questions I had after a bit of a delay.
I think the idea behind this app is a very good one for people who live alone. In case of incapacitation it provides a way for family members or other contacts to be alerted automatically. GPS locations can be a little out of date at times, apparently that’s a necessary tradeoff related to battery life according to the developer.

Peace of mind!
It’s hard to describe the peace of mind this app gives me and my family. I’m 61 y/o, retired and live alone, other than three big dogs. I’d been worrying about what might happen to my dogs if something happened to me and no one knew. Then in a week’s time I dropped a tree branch on my head almost knocking me unconscious and I experienced a partial airway blockage from one of those stupidly large pills.
It was clear I needed an option for daily checking in. I choose this app and it’s worked great. I listed my mother and brother as contacts and each day they get texted after I’ve used the app. They’ve both expressed how it brought them peace of mind that I do this.
If you need a daily check in option consider this app.

Basic but does the job
Like the checkins. Only issue I found so far is it didn’t pick up daylights savings. Checked in at correct time but wasn’t picked up as app noted I had checked in an hour early
Completely fraudulent app
I bought a one year prescription, set up the app and every time I try to check in it tells me my free trial has expired and I need to purchaser again. So every time you check in you have to buy a new subscription. I will be reporting this scam to Apple. Please don’t buy this product

Shady Business Practices
The seller does not notify customers of the cost until they sign up. This seems like a shady business if you won’t tell customers that the app costs $40 a year until after they captured your name and email address. Do not download this app unless you fully intend on purchasing.
Deleted and refunded
Worked perfectly for a month, and then stopped sending notifications on iPad and iPhone. Tried every solution suggested by support, nothing worked.
Does not work! Waste of money
The app fails to update after checking in so keeps contacting those on your list when all is well. Very annoying and stressful for all.

Not user friendly
I can’t get it to add a person. The link only takes you back to the website. And delete doesn’t seem to be working either. Frustrating and not recommended!
