FallCall App — Alert Failure and Unresponsive Support

The app did not function as expected. We simulated multiple falls, but no alerts were ever triggered. We also attempted to reach customer support twice and did not receive a response. At this point, I would not recommend purchasing this app.

Response from developer

Hi CG1682 - Thanks for reaching out, but our app is not “FallCall” — you may have contacted the wrong company. Our solution automatically detects falls, and we assist thousands of satisfied customers. We typically respond to all enquiries within 6 to 24 hours. In addition to email, we also phone and SMS customers to ensure they receive our communications and support. If you are already our customer, please check your spam or junk folder in case our email was filtered, and your missed calls. Contact us at support@mymedicwatch.com and we are always happy to help. Thank you MMW team
