Fall alerts can now reach you even when your phone is on silent or in Do Not Disturb. - Apple has approved FallGuard for Critical Alerts, reserved for personal safety apps. Fall alerts can now break through silent mode and Do Not Disturb on a caregiver's phone. - You'll be asked once for permission. It applies only to falls. Vitals updates and check-ins stay quiet and respect your normal notification settings. - You can turn it off anytime in Settings.
