One photo a day, revealed together. Tandem Tiles is for two people who don't get to be in the same room — a partner overseas, a parent a few states away, anyone you want a small daily thread with. Each of you adds one photo. Neither shows until you've both given yours — then the day opens at once. HOW IT WORKS • Invite your person with a simple share link. No account, no username, no password for either of you. • Each of you adds one photo whenever it suits you — time zones don't matter. • The moment the second photo lands, the day flips and you both see it together, at the same moment. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • Just one photo a day — not a feed to keep up with, not a streak to protect. • Face down until you both give. Nobody goes first, nobody is left waiting on a reply. • It builds into something. Every paired day stays on your board — after a month it's a mosaic of the days you were both there. • Just the two of you. No feed, no followers, nobody else to see it. PRIVATE, AND WE MEAN IT • Your photos are end-to-end encrypted. Only you and the person you share with can open them — not Apple, and not us. • Photos live in your own iCloud. There are no servers of ours, no database, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. • Lock any calendar with Face ID or your own 4-digit code, so what's on your phone stays yours even if someone else is holding it. QUIET, NOT SILENT • A gentle reminder if a day is still open — at most one a day, however many calendars you have. You pick the time. • Reminders that respect you. Ignore them for a few days and they stop on their own, until you come back. ON YOUR TERMS • Changed your mind? Replace or remove your photo any time before the day reveals. • Photos are hidden while your screen is being recorded. Tandem Tiles asks for a photo and about ten seconds. It gives back the small, specific feeling of finding out what their day looked like at the same moment they find out about yours.
