App is reasonably well designed but often stops working - e,g I can’t log in now

So far so good

I use this app to check if my local library has the specific book I am looking for. It is pretty useful to see if its available and easy to find when I go to the library. I also like the fact that I can scan my library card barcode in the app at the self checkout instead of my physical library card.

Not great

The app is generally a good idea but why is it so poorly made???? It signs me out several times a day which is an annoying waste of time. I have to go find the numbers, enter the long number manually (the scanner either doesn’t work or works with errors), and then re-link the accounts of my children. Every single time! This is ridiculous and quite annoying.
