Cannot Sign-in
Please can you fix this?! I updated to a new iPad, and since then, this app will not work. It loads fine, but when I go to sign into it with my (correct) barcode number and my passcode, the app flashes twice and then just refreshes back to its unsigned-in state. I have tried removing the app and reinstalling. I’ve hard reset the iPad. I cannot get in. I cannot renew my books or see when they are due. What am I supposed to do? Thanks.

Frequently stops working
App is reasonably well designed but often stops working - e,g I can’t log in now
So far so good
I use this app to check if my local library has the specific book I am looking for. It is pretty useful to see if its available and easy to find when I go to the library. I also like the fact that I can scan my library card barcode in the app at the self checkout instead of my physical library card.

Not great
The app is generally a good idea but why is it so poorly made???? It signs me out several times a day which is an annoying waste of time. I have to go find the numbers, enter the long number manually (the scanner either doesn’t work or works with errors), and then re-link the accounts of my children. Every single time! This is ridiculous and quite annoying.

Great app with issues
When working this app is brilliant and I love it. Can you fix the fact that it keeps logging out and unlinking account?
Crashes on ipad mini 2
Cannot open it on 12.5.7
Handy
Great when working
Full of errors and no support
For starters - when the support site doesn’t work - it’s a blank page - it tells you a lot about the app
The app itself is similar full of bugs and errors and you can get no support
Frustrating and annoying

Please fix it
This app was so helpful! And it hasn’t been working for ages! Please sort!
Useless
Fails to connect. Utterly frustrating.
Cannot connect to server.
Cannot connect to server. With and without Wi-Fi.
Very useful when working but not anymore
This was a great app which saved a lot of time when working. For the past month (maybe longer?), despite updates and reinstalling, the app is no longer working. It needs to connect to the server. Such a disappointment
Suddenly stopped working
This needs an update or something as it’s all stopped. When working it was great for ordering and renewing books. Please update it 🤞
Dead app
This app seems to have been decommissioned as it’s unable to connect to any services. It needs removing from the App Store
Catalogue search still not working
I think it must be nearly six months since this stopped working.
Completely pointless
The app hasn’t worked for months so it’s basically pointless. You can’t search the catalogue and my account shows me as having a book on loan that I returned over 6 months ago. Super helpful!
Open
App is absolute rubbish. Most of the time (if not all) it doesn’t open.
Be old fashioned and take your books back to the library physically

Stopped working
I loved this app because it was so easy to book books from the library and also keep on eye on returning date. Now the app is not working at all
