Superb service, always!
All drivers that I have ever had the pleasure to be serviced by are polite & courteous and the vehicles are always clean and smelling fresh (that does count)!
Very very rude
I was having an issue with one of the drivers, I called assistance and instead of helping he was telling me that I am in the wrong , then he said “ if this if what you do in your country “ or something like that , but he made a racist comment for no reason ( his big reason was that I didn’t asked the driver if I can open the window, okay maybe that was my mistake but I don’t usually ask if I can open the window because if I am sick in the car and I need a window open will you said no , of course not , and my issue with the driver was that he was closing the window while I was trying to get some air because I was sick and my head was slightly outside the window ( not completely tho ) so I didn’t understand what I did so wrong to be spoken and treated like that ) I was a very loyal customer. I do have to mention I was booking at least four taxis a day even though they didn’t care and they still spoke in the way they spoke to me I want to advise everyone to choose any other taxi companies besides this one as they are being racist to their customers.
