The best platform for communities online
I have been using Circle for almost four years now, and I am completely enthralled with how well they have developed this platform, how thoughtful they are, and how useful it is for hosting an online community. I have previously tried Facebook groups and other methods for hosting courses and online discussions, and this tool is absolutely the best one. Now, with their new AI features, it's even more incredible. If you are interested in this kind of thing, you should absolutely try using Circle before everything else. I have used the other options, and I can tell you Circle is the best.

Best app for communication among large groups
I literally can’t think of a recommendation on how to improve this app. Used in my coaching group
Glitchy iPad version
I am having a lot of problem with this app on my ipad. It tends to freeze repeatedly, and having to close ans re-open it, to make it work again. Also, in the middle of typing a response, it freezes. Also, scrolling down a long page, it tends to roll back up to the top before I reach the bottom post that I want to read. Very frustrating!

App goes dark
When watching a video in the Circle app, if I pause video & navigate to another app or answer a phone call and navigate back to the video the video is dark and will no longer play and I have to completely close down the app and it loses my spot in the video. It would also be nice if the app would remember between PC and mobile device where you were at in the video (same login) instead of having to start all over with the video. First time I have ever used this app and overall, I am not impressed at all.

It's great but has a couple surprising flaws.
Just started using this app for a community art space.
First big frustration is trying to create a post. It'll show the different fields of title and your message etc. but once I tap to start writing, the fields crowds together so I can't see the message field. Trying to scroll up or down doesn't do anything. I have to go to the Web version to create a new post.
Commenting on other posts works fine though you can't tag people unless you're replying directly to their comment. Makes it kind of hard to ensure a community member knows a comment is for them to see.

Not a fan
I find the platform very difficult to navigate and I find that the search is not helpful at all. I’m not a fan of the layout whatsoever and it is just not something that I would ever put my business on.
