They claim the report will be ready in two weeks time, it has been over a month and we still haven’t receive our report, tried to contact them through the apps and emails multiple times, no response at all……..
Login auth connection issues
For some reason I can’t login anymore. It keeps saying. Network Error

Until I got my ancestry done with ancestry.com and they started giving me genetic advice I didn’t ask for… and It’s completely different to the active results.
Circle says I’m gifted in dancing, ancestry says I have terrible coordination… and many others…
I’d like to see Circle ap being obviously updated as new info about dnd comes to light. We paid a lot for it, and surely you’re getting new info… just a little new bubble or a what’s new this month…
You already make it clear info is as much as research is so far…

DO NOT BUY
This wasn’t my first dna kit. I liked the special features that circle offered that others didn’t. The results said I was half Asian. I’ve done other dna tests, I’m 0% Asian. Couldn’t trust anything I saw after seeing such a big error like that. To top it off I got slapped with a $120 fedex shipping fee AFTER I already submitted everything back using the prepaid shipping label that was accepted. Worst experience ever. Absolute total scam.

Beneficial for health information
This app has been great in aiding how to workout and how to eat. I was having a lot of digestive problems before and it gave me guidance.
Critiques:
The ancestry part does NOT include ANY Native American break downs and instead spreads it across all of the other domains. Would love to see this updated.
A search app as well for medications and etc would be helpful.

No communication for remedy
Bought a premium DNA kit for £444 as I’m interested in learning about long-term health risks, which was ultimately useless in the end.
The kit requires the app for registration and apparently comes with FedEx packaging included.
The problem was that I did not get the FedEx packaging, and it’s not possible to know as a buyer that there is packaging included for return to Circle unless you complete the activation process via the app first. It would help to know about the specific included posting method immediately in the order confirmation email so you know what to look out for in case anything is missing.
On realising the issue, I emailed Circle multiple times as I had used my test up but had no way to post it. I have still not had correspondence to offer assistance on either posting the test or receiving a new one, or even receiving a refund.

I’m thankful to circle DNA for their service. It s worth every penny for the amount of informations you get about your health. Also, the service support is available and helpful. I highly suggest it
Cannot register
Hello! I’ve recently spent … quite a sum of money on one of these test kits, and the application won’t let me input a password to finish registration.
This is incredibly frustrating and I see that I am not the only person to have experienced it.

Not enough
Need to add search in app for example I need to search for some ingredients that make my allergy or search of what kind of medicine that affect me when I visit doctor it will be great app

Can’t remember the exact figure but it was circa £400 for the test.
Huge mistake as I was meant to get the results in March. It then got pushed to the 1st of April. It’s now the 2nd of April and still no results.

Cannot update app
Trying to log in and the app says it needs to update but will not. It passes the update screen snd goes straight into the log in screen. Then I cannot log in because it cannot send a verification code since it’s not updated. Omg what a waste of a lot of money.

Rubbish. Had to reinstall multiple times and contact support because login wasn’t working. For a so called premium product it’s appalling
