Useless app!
There are times where i cannot login and when i can login, they cannot proceed to the section that i need to. For example, check lab results or payment. There will be an error showing “oops something went wrong. You may want to try again later”.
If NUHs is trying to go digital, please make sure you have the capability before implementation if not it’ll be a nuisance to user.
Hope that this issue can be resolved soon.

Still cant view bill
App got worse
Used to be able to reschedule appointments and do a whole load of things. But after the update, only the first page works. Subsequent, actions give only a blank page including payments. In short, nothing works on the app! Even for the caretaker option

Doesn’t work with checking payment or making appointments, all function down!
Bad app
This app is working backwards. Convenience is only temporary. From unnecessary links to SingPass, hard to book appointments and app issues is a very common thing that occurs. Even the staffs at nuh is complaining regarding the app system . People health is on the line and the app deters people away rather then give them the convenience. Shame on the developers as the problems still persist from years ago until today.
