No notifications
I don't understand why there are no labels or pop ups when new messages are received. Everything on the phone is setup to receive them. For all other Apps these settings work, but not with this App :(
Not a good App
I’ve been with Circle Loop for a few months, and I have to say its a really rubbish app.
Unlike a normal messaging app where messages are kept under contact names and numbers, Circle Loop decides to chuck them all together, for no apparent reason.
It also limits your messages 160 characters.
I know it might seem tempting with their low monthly fees, but its really not worth it.

New update doesn’t work

New app completely unusable
App no longer works since update - they are aware of the problem but say they can’t revert it - if your business depends on a working phone line, look elsewhere.
This new update is horrendous
Where do i start, the phone calls that come in now show your company number rather that the customers. Sometimes the calls don’t come through and even when you answer it just cuts off. I have a company to run and this is the last thing i need. Will definitely start searching around for other companies. I cant even see my employees recordings anymore. Whats the point of a new fancy app if its worse that the first one.

Rubbish app rubbish service and response
The new app doesn’t work, you can’t call customers back when you miss a call the interface is confusing and not user friendly.
I rang support and explained the problems, I asked if the app was tested their response was “I’m not a tester”.
I asked if anyone in the company had downloaded the app and tried to use it and they had no response.
I’ve called support today as it’s still not working and their not answering.

Too many bugs
Too many issues since it was updated.
- app freezes intermittently
- calls don’t come through so you have to close the app and restart it
- keeps ringing when another user answers the call
- calls dropping and this is not a network issue as I have used other apps side by side in the same location and I don’t experience this issue
Its unfortunate because circeloop possesses features that most products don’t such as linked call log so you’re able to view other users’ outgoing calls on the app and missed call to email feature.

Not a functional app
The app never work to receive calls .
Even the company saying the app it’s not good to make calls … use the desktop

Spam calling me everyday
Don’t download unless you want then to keep trying to sell you stuff over phone

Does not work on Samsung phone and crashes constantly. Support haven’t fixed these known bugs. Told to re-download app. Done absolutely nothing to fix the issues. Cuts customers off mid conversation
It Helped A LOT!
I was looking for an IVR and all the other ones were just too complicated but when I saw Circleloop it was just sooo easy. I RECCOMEND
Used to be good.
This app used to be very good and reliable however for over a year now when writing a text and sending it off it doesn’t work or appear on the main screen.
They also used to have intercom chat help with issues but removed that.
I just don’t know why they aren’t fixing these constant functionality bugs?

Possibly good but…
The sms feature has many downsides & so therefore is not an option for me. Read all the downsides on their app. You would be very disorganised if you don’t mind that.
Extremely disappointed
They are such a scammer. They increase the price without notifying you.
Good in theory
After the recommendation I start to start using Use circle loop in our business. It failed to work on a Samsung phone. I have now found iPhone it disconnects the microphone after about 20-30 seconds.

The app boots into some info screens, but won’t actually allow me to use the app? Any ideas?

Terrible app, does not work efficiently, signal is awful even if Wi-Fi is stable and takes so long to load stats
Don’t trust this app it’s a scam!
Signed up supposed to get 7 days free trial but app doesn’t open once all account is set up and details have been entered which is obviously fishy in itself was all working fine until I set up account and now no control of my account and for this reason cannot cancel my account or subscription
Getting Worse
Constantly cuts calls off before we can answer. This is now costing us business. Please resolve.

Really good interface but the reception is awful no matter what the WiFi
