This app shows I have blue box pick up every week. They are picked up every second week.
Bad Calendar
I have advised them 2 times that the calendar is incorrect for North Dumfries. It has not been corrected. Our pickup is Tuesday - not Monday!!!

I have submitted that our schedule is wrong for the last two weeks, stating our schedule is no longer every Wednesday but has been changed to every second Friday. Our schedule has not been updated or NOBODY has contacted us. PLEASE CORRECT THE SCHEDULE !!!
Schedule is incorrect
There’s a collection schedule in the app, but it’s incorrect. If I use this app I will miss the collection. If you can’t post a correct schedule, remove schedules from the app.
Photo service not working accurately
Have yet to have the app recognize a picture properly when trying the search tool to figure out where to put things (e.g., a glass fuse with metal inside) - but would be so great if it could! Drag also that there’s no feedback tool built in, you could learn more and make it better, thereby improving the recycling stream!

Waste of time
The app is inaccurate, hard to navigate and missing necessary tools (eg, selecting between “paper” and “containers”). It provides a lot of information which is of limited use and does not provide many items which are needed (eg, into which stream of two-stream collection do items go)

Dates are wrong because recycling is biweekly now yet the app says every week. Obviously the company doesn’t care because they haven’t bothered to update their app.

Like someone else said, why even release the app when it's far from ready, and has loads of issues. My address doesn't even exist in the app. Deleted within 2 minutes. I'll just stick with the Simcoe app.

Hot Garbage
Utter hot garbage of an app. Was pointed to this app by the town, claiming it would help us to get more info about what can and can’t be recycled. If it’s possible, there’s even less information on the app than there is on the paper flyer we got in the mail with our schedule. This app is useless, unless its primary use was to waste my time.
