? Expensive rip off ?
Purchased March 6, 2022 had Ciro install during Bike Week 2022 at Destination Daytona, system won’t do anything today March 18, 2022, customer service takes message, sales takes message.
Can’t turn off lights, can’t get ahold of Ciro 3D.
Channel 3 is on right now, won’t turn off, system won’t do anything

App keeps crashing
Overall the LEDs are pretty sweet. I noticed though that when I go to my music play to have the LEDs go with the music the app keeps crashing. Another issue that I called customer service about. Is when playing my Music to have the LEDs go with the beat The music only comes through the speakers of the phone I wish there was capability to have the music go to the speakers of the motorcycle as well.

Fine App
I see people whining about the app freezing, etc. Have to say it’s either the user or their hardware. I’ve been using this for over a year with zero issues. Love the app and love the lights.
Very Buggy
The first shock in our app was great until they updated it for 2.0. Now it is very buggy and freezes up. Hopefully they have an update soon that will fix the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it did not fix the problems.
