Doest work on iPhone
I couldn’t get it working and had to go to the dealer . He tried from my phone and also could not get it to tune. They had to connect it to their computer to get the tune loaded. I was told the app doest work on newer phones.
Please fix bugs
Please give us a location where we can updated on the performance of the app I hate to give bad reviews but I can never check DTC and the amount of errors I encounter while attempting to start the smart tune process and actually get passed downloading to bci part is unreal and time wasting

Common Harley. Fix this. This thing is so buggy that it takes away the enjoyment of auto tuning. I am doing everything required: turn my Infocenter off, turn Bluetooth off on the bike…it still gets stuck every time. It takes multiple tries so get into auto tune session. Also, speedometer doesn’t work which is dangerous. I understand the rider aid being off but speedometer is important. I paid almost $500 for this thing. I would expect for it to work.

Worst 400 dollars I’ve ever spent. Won’t connect, and when it does I get a litany of errors. Now it can’t read my VIN. Time for a PV4!
