Complete waste of time all it does is interfere with the senna 30K basic functions this app is dreadfull

What a truly awful setup for near on ยฃ900 for the helmet and the sena unit to fit it. Charge cable will not see any of my WiFi networks , either 2.4Ghz or 5GHz, yet other devices do no problem. Tried using device manager on an iMac and canโ€™t see it either . My old lid I slapped an ยฃ80 Cardo on the side and worked out the box . This will be my one and only time buying Sena

Says it is for the ARK but it is not. Why lie about support?

Get a cardo instead

Whenever i ride with friends i find it impossible to link helmets. Why is searching for a pair locked behind scanning a qr code? Other brands do not use this system so I canโ€™t link up. I canโ€™t update firmware because the required wifi connection is impossible to achieve. Im sure these systems work just fine in their little test bubble but they do not work at all for me. I bought my helmet because i wanted a proper built in system. Now i wish i just bought a nice helmet and a clip on system like my friends have.
