Früher gut, heute kaputt geupdatet
Von 2020 Bis letztes Jahr ( Mitte 2025) war das Sena 30k ein richtig geiles Headset für gutes Geld. Nun nach den letzten Updates funktioniert seit 1 Jahr die sprach Befehl Taste nicht mehr oder das Headset macht sich selbstständig und aktiviert alle 15-30minuten von alleine sprach Befehl Funktion und man kann sie nicht abbrechen und hört seine Leute nicht mehr. Mein Kollege hat sich 2026 das Sena 30k neu gekauft und hat seit dem ersten auspacken das gleiche Problem. Sprich ein technischer Defekt kann nicht vorliegen. Es wurde schlichtweg kaputt gepatcht das man wahrscheinlich auf neuere Modelle umsteigt. Marketing halt.

Love the app
Works perfectly. Connects right away. Read the directions. Pretty easy.
Warning do not update
Updating this software to the latest 2.4 it corrupts voice prompt files & stops it working. You’ll need to use old computer to update to 2.4 firmware with 2.75 hertz not 4 or 5g with sena cable plugged in to USB. Haven’t tried yet but hope that fixes problem.
It’s 2026 - Did you miss the Memo?
It’s 2026. All hardware and apps should integrate with smartphone Bluetooth systems. I should be able to say the Alexa, Siri or Bixby keywords. It should allow you to read text messages and send with speak to text. This is not an elite feature anymore, it’s a requirement.
This app fails to deliver the basics. The equalizer is terrible and should have a custom setting not presets.

Not worth it
Not really sure what the purpose is this app serves. You can’t really do anything on it other than pair the intercom. Can’t access pictures or video. There are no settings to change. Pretty much a worthless app.

Das Sena 50S ist wirklich überzeugend, was man von der App leider gar nicht sagen kann. Verbindungsaufbau zum Gerät dauert öfter mal ewig, oder scheitert sogar. „Mal eben was einstellen“? Vergiss es! Und nachdem ich für meine Frau auch ein 50S gekauft habe, sucht er auch das automatisch immer mit, auch wenn es gar nicht da ist! Ich habe das 2.Gerät jetzt aus der App gelöscht, damit ich meins im Solobetrieb benutzen kann….

Viel Verbesserunspotential!
Wir fahren oft in einer Vierergruppe, dreimal Sena Outrush 2 (alle aktuelle Updates aufgespielt) und ein Sena 50S ( auch aktuelle Firmware). Die Mikrofonempfindlichkeit wurde schon reduziert. Trotzdem werden ungewünschte Geräusche häufig übertragen. Noch störender: die Outrush2 schalten sich bei längerer Fahrt während der Fahrt immer wieder selbst aus. Das nervt, weil nach dem wieder einschalten zB durch kräftige Kopfbewegungen das Mesh wieder manuell eingeschaltet werden muss. Und das, obwohl das automatische aus und einschalten deaktiviert ist. Ansonsten ist die Verständig gut, zwar etwas basslastig. Das kann aber über die Höhenanhebung behoben werden. Der Akku hält einen langen Fahr-Tag - super! Was nicht geht: Einstellung Prioritäten Navi/Telefon/Kommunikation. Alle Änderungen in der App sollten im Helm akustisch bestätigt werden.

Awful
What a truly awful setup for near on £900 for the helmet and the sena unit to fit it. Charge cable will not see any of my WiFi networks , either 2.4Ghz or 5GHz, yet other devices do no problem. Tried using device manager on an iMac and can’t see it either . My old lid I slapped an £80 Cardo on the side and worked out the box . This will be my one and only time buying Sena

Whenever i ride with friends i find it impossible to link helmets. Why is searching for a pair locked behind scanning a qr code? Other brands do not use this system so I can’t link up. I can’t update firmware because the required wifi connection is impossible to achieve. Im sure these systems work just fine in their little test bubble but they do not work at all for me. I bought my helmet because i wanted a proper built in system. Now i wish i just bought a nice helmet and a clip on system like my friends have.

Soweit mit der App zufrieden habe nach gut 8 Jahren mein 30k durch das 60s ersetzt! An der App hab ich nichts zu bemängeln da ich nie Probleme hatte! Was mich nur freuen würde wenn man die ride glow Effekte beim 60s besser personalisieren könnte heißt das Licht verlangsamen oder andere Farben auswählen könnte bei verschiedenen Voreinstellungen oder bin ich zu blöd und hab die Einstellung dafür noch nicht gefunden?

I’m on my third Ari helmet due to lack of choice I installed the sena and have not used it but I feoit necessary to express my feelings prior to using the application once again I have never had so many problems connecting to a Bluetooth device still mad about so much money wasted. I will update my experience with experience if anything has changed.

휴대폰이랑 연결이 돼 있는데 연결이 안되는 이유를 모르겠네요. 뭔 자꾸 휴대폰이랑 연결 되어 있는지 확인하라고만 하고 무슨 쓸 수 없게 만들어져있네요

Saw some really bad reviews on this product I don't know if it makes a difference or not but I bought two Harley modular helmets with the Sena built in. So far it's seemless connection to phone and intercom via app. Have had no issues so far but these are brand new. Will update review after a couple weeks of use.

Will not connect to 33i
I’ve tried everything, including updating the firmware and downloading the latest app version, factory resetting my 33i and uninstalling the app and trying all over again. Nothing works. I just get the “Connection failed” message.
