Crash!!!
The app crashes constantly. I can never get anything to load within the app. Hopefully, developers will correct this issue.

Terrible App
Can’t log in. Keeps crashing. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling. Tried forget password nothing works! Shows how much they value their patients if they can’t bother to fix their app.
APP QUITS BEGORE J EVEN FINISH GHE SECURITY WUESTIONS

Poorly designed application
Registration is a nightmare. Doesn’t really work and takes you through the entire process and then gives vague error messages. Can’t even register.
Disaster app
This is the most inaccessible app I have ever seen. You can’t log in. It is utterly useless. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
Poorly functioning - Security Questions
I had significant trouble filling out the security questions. Contacted my provider never heard back from Tech help. I flew fighters in the military, so I’m pretty tech savvy. Simply put it would not accept any answers of my security answers saying “Please fill in all fields“. Went through this five times trying different answers different questions no change. I deleted the app reinstalled it and had a new problem where I was unable to select a question. And then my keyboard would block the “done“ button. This portion of the app is extremely poorly laid out. All the developer needs to do is attempt to login and create an account themselves and they’ll see the problem. Try yourself and you will see.

Unable to use this app,worthless
App broken needs update
I can’t even sign in without it crashing. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and still have the same problem. The one time I was able to sign in, it crashed as soon as I clicked something and I had to sign in again. The app is in serious need of an update as it isn’t worth the memory it takes to install it at this point.

Why isn't NO stars an option as a rating?
The app constantly crashes no matter how many times you try. You can delete, reinstall, crash. You can open, close the app, reopen, crash again. How much use Is it if I cant get into ANY thing before it crashes? Internet browser isn't much better but it would be a start if the staff would input the information before 2wk+ intervals. Is the entire portal manually operated and updated by one staff member to entire patient quota. Also to those wishing to switch... I THOUGHT I had found a better doctor and went back to this place... Yeah... Not so much....

Can’t login from tablet
Even that I have already an account I can login from phone and PC but not from my tablet. Not a good app!

User Name - Password Not Recognized
Password not recognized. After spending much time resetting password twice still no access to my medical information. Remote chance it is an error on my part but there is no contact information on web site for technical assistance. Needs better web administration.
