FAQ

What does this app do?

This application helps you find and remove duplicate and similar photos and videos from your iPhone or iPad. It scans your photo library to identify identical or visually alike media, allowing you to delete them to free up storage space and declutter your collection.

How does the app find duplicate and similar photos?

The app uses advanced algorithms to scan for exactly identical photos and videos, regardless of their file names. It can also identify photos that look alike but may have different sizes or formats, allowing you to set similarity thresholds for comparison.

Is it safe to use this app to delete files?

Yes, the app is designed to be safe. It will not delete any file without your confirmation. Deleted files are moved to the 'Recently Deleted' album in your Photos app, allowing for easy restoration if needed.

Can I customize how duplicates are selected for deletion?

Absolutely. The app offers multiple preset rules for auto-selection, such as selecting by filename, newest, or oldest for duplicates, and low-quality or low-resolution for similar photos. You can also manually select or deselect files before deletion.

What kind of media can this app clean?

This app can clean duplicate photos, live photos, screenshots, and other images, as well as duplicate videos. It aims to help you efficiently manage and organize your entire photo and video collection on your iOS device.
