Pretty solid
Found a lot of duplicates I missed by scanning with another duplicate remover tool. It would be much better that it can support directly scanning a Cloud drive.

Saved me so much space! Really liked how it grouped everything clearly before deleting.
Hard to see what’s what
It’s good that theoretically you can see files ‘side by side’ but the program defaults to deleting all duplicates, so you can’t easily test to see where you are deleting from. I tried to delete all my files from OneDrive that I’d copied to my iCloud, but it seemed to be deleting them from iCloud which was a disaster.

I've tested this Duplicate Finder and I found that it is very good at finding the duplicate files but the process to select what to delete is a bit cumbersome. It would be great to be able to see the full File Path of each highlighted file in the Results windows, instead of having to press the Delete in Finder button for each file. I could not find a setting for this - is it possible?

Old software? Support is slow
My guess is that this is really old software that the company is milking for revenue. I have been reaching out to their support team with very slow and unhelpful responses so far. Over several weeks, I have attempted to use this software multiple times. It is terribly slow to the point it is not a practical tool. I calculated that if I let it keep running, it would take 39 days to complete the job. I am wondering what will come first. The software completing the job, or getting a response from their support team that actually addresses the performance issue.

Reliable and safe to use
Tried a few others before, but Cisdem is by far the most duplicates it found out. What's more, it shows everything clearly before deleting, so I can review and confirm. Feels safe to use.

Cleared up my seagate drive instantly!

Alles funktioniert reibungslos!
Das Scannen des Fotoverzeichnisses auf dem Qnap NAS funktioniert einwandfrei, die Duplikate werden nach Abschluss des Scans aufgelistet, und alle markierten Duplikate wurden entfernt, nachdem ich auf Löschen geklickt habe. Ich habe die Dateien gerade im Finder überprüft und es sind keine Duplikate mehr vorhanden.
