Frustrating, buggy experience

It's unclear what all one needs to download. And when trying to play the experiences, I just get a server error. Organizers need to do a much better job than this - don't waste our time.

Not working

Sadly, either of the projection wasn’t working, or it continued to synchronize and never open or no volume, and something was wrong with the server. That’s a real shame.

did not work

Really cool idea, but I couldn’t get the audio to work at any of the 5 projections I went to. Two of them wouldn’t sync, and the other three would sync and then look like they were playing, but there was no sound coming out.

At one point there was a family near me and I could hear them listening to the audio, so it clearly works for some people. I tried troubleshooting it a bunch of different ways and it just would not work.

As a side note, it was very strange to me that there were no benches or places to sit at the projection areas. Some of the videos are 20-30minutes long so I assumed there would be benches nearby (especially when it’s in a park) or somewhere to stand so you’re not blocking the sidewalk.

It was a very frustrating experience, but I still got a nice walk around Old Montreal so I’m not too upset.
