App OTP leads to account suspension

I prefer to use the web banking for the bigger screen and more functionality. As someone who travels a lot, the SMS OTP doesn’t always work, and I have to rely on the app generated OTP. However anytime I do this, my account got suspended. No warning, whatsoever. I can’t log in, can’t use my debit card or practically any banking until I make a phone call to get it unblocked. Imagine you’re abroad and rely on this bank and all of sudden your account is frozen because banks incompetence in developing the app.

Gak bisa dipakai di iPhone

Setelah memasukkan kode OTP dari SMS, berhenti begitu saja. Gak bisa kemana-mana lagi. Gak bisa dipakai sama sekali kecuali untuk cek rekening saja.

Tidak bisa buka kalau tidak update, sedangkan di update selalu besar MB nya kaya permainan Game...
