Unusable
The so called “biometrics” keeps failing and blocks my account, then I have to come in to a branch in person to get it unlocked EVERY TIME.
Often error
The app is very unpredictable and unreliable. Once you don’t use it often, it will start giving problems and error messages. Slow login and face id often doesn’t work resulted having to redownload the app and start all over again. BCA should change the developer because clearly developer tried to fix the problems numerous times but the same problems remain

Irrelevant Notifications
Secara keseluruhan aplikasinya OK, namun terlalu banyak notifikasi yang kurang relevan dengan kebutuhan saya yang sering muncul. Padahal pengaturan saya, saya cuma mau notifikasi transaksi masuk dan keluar.
