Bad app lure transfer from bca to telephone even that phone number has no GoPay account

1. GoPay ask you to include your payee’s number. 2. GoPay wants you to transfer to the GoPay account associate with that telephone number, as if that number owner has registered a GoPay account. 3. Then you found that number is only for WhatsApp, no GoPay account. 4. GoPay owns that money you transferred. Because no one can touch that money.
