change phone number in the app

I've been trying to change the phone number listed in the app for two weeks because my old number is inactive. Every time I try, I get the same message: "There's a technical error. We're working on it. Please try again after a few minutes." I submitted a request to technical support through the "Help" section, but after three days, nothing has changed and I haven't received any response from technical support. My mobile operator could sell my old phone number to someone else at any time, which could lead to other financial problems. Let me change my phone number in the app!

Unable to claim the coins

When we play so many games and I can’t claim not even one coin. What’s the point of playing the games and wasting our time? Can’t even fix small bugs? Even the customer care reply with JSON format. Fix the bugs before deploying into production environment.

No accountability from app if you sent money wrong.No refund. Make sure you dont send any DP to any1

Disappointed at the service. We trush our money in gopay, however they doesn't even help if anything goes wrong. I reported scammers and they just close the case with NO explanation and solution. No real help
