Often error

The app is very unpredictable and unreliable. Once you don’t use it often, it will start giving problems and error messages. Slow login and face id often doesn’t work resulted having to redownload the app and start all over again. BCA should change the developer because clearly developer tried to fix the problems numerous times but the same problems remain

• Digital Approval: Enable fully digital RM approvals without form paperwork.
• Transfer Request: Let users request money with approve/reject flow.
• Authentication: Replace PIN with Face ID for faster approval.
• QRIS: Enable credit card as QRIS payment source.
• Transfer: Show available balance during amount entry.
• Quick Access: Add iPhone widget for instant QRIS payments.
• Favorites: Allow editing saved transactions without recreating them.

Need a fix for the bug

So it just happen when i want to pay with QRIS but the camera was displaying on the front camera not the main camera. Do please fix this ,its annoying.

Beberapa kali saat pemakaian saya selalu ke log out sampai username pun harus diinput ulang. Masalahnya setiap mau login harus menunggu OTP, sangat tidak praktis.

Kecewa dengan kalimat notifikasi yang bikin bingung

kecewa dengan fitur QRIS di MyBCA. pembayaran gagal, tapi notifikasi yang diberikan malah membingungkan dan menyesatkan. Seperti yang saya alami, ada pengeluaran yang ditampilkan di notifikasi padahal transaksinya gagal. Ini bikin salah paham dan bikin konflik langsung sama orang/pedagang, kapok pake QRIS. Perbaiki sistem notifikasi!!
