отвратительное приллжение

Который раз ошибаюсь в переводе между своими счетами и вместо того что бы оплатить задолженность по кредитной карте снимаю с нее денег, а сити банк отказывается возвращать комиссию, хотя деньги в тот же день возвращены обратно.
