超爛的App
用過各家銀行的App，花旗應該是最爛沒有之一，三不五時更新，不更新就拒絕用戶登入。綁定指紋辨識登入，也經常失效，要重新再綁定，介面也非常凌亂，銀行業最差勁的App。

史上最難用銀行app
首先 手機使用中若當機 把app滑掉重開是很正常的流程，但他不讓你馬上登入 因為不正常登出所以請等六分鐘再登入（？？？）
第二 上一期跟這一期的刷卡金額累加顯示 超級不方便
第三 繳完上一期款項後 不會馬上顯示 或扣除 甚至可以繼續再繳款 造成初次使用者容易誤按而溢繳 設計很差
但我使用這一年也毫無改進 看評論他們也沒有想要進步的意思 就大家斟酌要不要辦花旗嘍

The app didn’t response to touch at all
The app sometimes didn’t respond to touch screen at all, and I couldn’t even logout, once I force closed the app, 15 mins wait will be needed as it will say another device has logged in.
Citi is finally giving up
I honestly can’t fathom how a multinational banking behemoth like Citibank can stand the embarrassment of releasing an app like this and not feel the need to improve it after so many years. Thank the heavens Citi is finally selling off its Taiwan credit card business. The transition can’t come sooner; hang in there, fellow users. Thanks, Citi, for finally doing something good for your customers!

爛透的app
常態性登陸後app就立刻死當，沒有任何回復的辦法，只能強制關掉程式，關掉以後又要等6分鐘才能再次登陸，這種bug已經持續這麼久了還是不修復，真的是爛！

Nope. I deleted the app immediately and came here to write this review to express my discontentment.

Can’t transfer
Keep showing error when I tried to transfer money
v13.9.9 crashes every time
No such issue with v13.9.7.
Often crashes
The app crashes often, and after force closing it, it’ll lock you out for a period of time, complaining that you didn’t sign out properly.

bugs all the time. As a leading bank, can you either raise your budget for IT department or fire them all...
Buggy
There are bugs frequently especially when transferring money. The data you entered in prior step may simply disappeared and causing the transaction to fail in the following step...very annoying.
行動密碼根本不work
Ever since the last update, 明明已經設定過行動密碼 但是就是顯示我沒有設定過跳轉頁面一片白茫茫..... 然後就死在那兒。要關掉整個app, 然後就得等五六分鐘後才能登入！ 太怒了！ 要轉帳都沒辦法！
